About Me

"The most important and beautiful thing about the world is this: people are not always the same, they are not finished yet, but they are always changing. They are tuning and untuning.” – Guimarães Rosa

This quote has stayed with me since adolescence—around the same time I knew I wanted to become a psychologist. It speaks of the ongoing nature of healing and growth, something I’ve witnessed time and again in my work with clients navigating trauma and anxiety.

My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped not only by my academic training in Psychology and Social Work, but also by my own lived experiences and the challenges I’ve overcome. These have taught me how to sit with pain without judgment, to listen deeply, and to hold space with compassion and steadiness. Most importantly, they’ve filled me with a deep and enduring hope in the possibility of healing and transformation, especially when we begin to meet ourselves with love, acceptance, and learn to embrace and integrate all the different parts of who we are.

Today, I walk alongside my clients as they reclaim their sense of safety, agency, and hope. I consider it a profound privilege to support people through their most vulnerable moments—and to witness their strength, even when they can’t see it yet.
